Kuru Labs is a software and automation agency founded in 2022. We run this website and are responsible for the information described on this page.

We collect only what the site needs to work.

• The booking form: your name, email address, phone number, company (if you add it), what you tell us about your project, and your preferred date, time, and timezone. We use these only to arrange and hold your discovery call and to follow up on it.
• Abuse protection: when you submit the form, a scrambled (hashed) version of your network address is held in memory for a few minutes to limit repeated submissions. It is not stored or written to logs.
• Analytics, if switched on: a privacy-friendly service (Plausible or Umami) counts page views and a few interactions, such as clicks on “Book a session”. It sets no cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not follow you to other sites.
• We do not use advertising trackers and we do not collect anything the form does not ask for.

A small number of services process this information on our behalf. They act on our instructions and do not use your details for their own purposes.

• Resend delivers the emails: your booking request to our team inbox and a confirmation copy to you. Resend processes the contents of those emails in order to deliver them.
• Our email inbox stores the request once it arrives, and the team reads it there.
• Vercel hosts the website and receives the standard technical logs any web server keeps, such as the pages requested and when.
• If analytics are enabled, the analytics provider receives aggregate, anonymous usage data.

We keep booking requests for as long as we need them to run the call and any work that follows. Ask us and we will delete them.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or cancel a booking at any time. Use the contact details in the footer, and we will respond as quickly as we can.

This website does not set tracking cookies. The booking form and the optional analytics work without them.

If our practices change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
